Welcome to Sapling's Class Page
What a busy start to the new term! The children in Sapling’s class have had an exciting time getting to know each other and taking part in our all ‘All About Me’ activities.
In Literacy this half term the children will be listening to lots of stories including ‘The World is Full of Babies’ and ‘Elmer’. At home you can continue to help your child by reading together and talking about stories – please find some tips and ideas below that we hope you will find useful.
In Maths we will be counting to 5 and recognising some numerals as well as representing them. We will also be describing and hunting 2D shapes in the environment and around the class room.
