Hello and welcome to Rowan’s class page!

It has been wonderful to see how well all of the children have settled into their new classroom after the summer. They have all come back to school full of enthusiasm, kindness and positivity and have been working really hard in Year 4!

We have such an exciting year ahead of us and I know Rowan class are looking forward to sharing their learning journey with you along the way…

Wow! What a wonderful start to Year 4 we have had in Rowan Class!

Take a look at what we have been learning to in our first half term…

On Wednesday 7th November, we had a fantastic Times-Tables Rock Star Day! We all dressed as rock stars for the day and ‘rocked’ all of the times-tables games and activities!

On Thursday 25th October, Miss Shenton received a very special letter from Nottingham University. The letter explained how an archaeologist needed our help identifying organic remains…. aka…. POO! We were very excited to dissect the organic remains (don’t worry, we wore gloves)and work out which poo belonged to who! We were given three types of organic remains and three history clues to help us work out if the organic remains belonged to The Stone Age, The Romans or 2018.
